We’re seeking a high-impact finance leader to consolidate and govern an $800M+ retail sales P&L across OLLY and SmartyPants. The Senior FP&A Manager owns the month, the forecast, and the story—harmonizing reporting and performance reviews across both OpCos, orchestrating the month-end close with Accounting, and elevating visibility and speed through automation and AI. Functional business partners own and explain their line items; you own what rolls into the consolidated P&L and forecast.
